Annette Evans has had a red letter day down at Bluebell Lakes in Peterborough, smashing her PB mirror and PB bream 🙂 Well done Annette.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the positive comments and encouragement given on the last few statuses my gorgeous guy posted about my red letter weekend of fishing at the fabulous Bluebell Lakes! 2 PB’s SMASHED with a 27lb Mirror and a 12lb 7oz Bream !!..It’s always with some trepidation when I enter this mainly masculine dominated world of angling and step onto a new lake.. what are you all thinking when I mess up a cast or lose a fish, when you say morning as you walk by then I turn and you realise the short hair belongs to a female of the species in her waders smelling not as fresh as our species should lol… but predominantly I always receive positive responses (at least to my face) lol… My partner always tells me to relax and I am beginning to as I hone my skills as he teaches me… but wanted to give a huge shout out to all that took the time to see me as an amateur angler and not a woman just at a lake to see her partner
