How to get the best from Carp Fishing with Zig Rigs

Zig rigs are a devastating method, but it’s definitely been tarred with an unfortunate and completely unfounded stigma of being a small fish tactic. Myles Gibson certainly knows this is far from the truth, as a tiny piece of suspended foam has accounted for numerous carp over forty pounds for him over the years, culminating in a new PB of just under 55lb.

Myles discusses how to get the best from Zig rigs in this film, during a live session on the notoriously tricky, Dinton Pastures. While relaying valuable information, Myles also reflects on the capture of two special carp; a 46lb common and the incredible Spike at just under 55lb, both landed on the ‘small fish tactic’. Need we say anymore?
