Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside this 68 acre 18th Century Lake was hand dug by French Prisoners from the Napoleonic War. Lots of small carp coming through at the moment after many years of successful spawnings. Good head of twenties,chance of a few 30 s at the right time of year. Anglers share the water with a sailing club.
