Last week we learned the sad news of the passing of Chris McKendry, the original driving force behind one of the country’s longest-running bait companies, Carp Company.
A post by Carp Company owners Bob Newman and Jules Webb read: “It is with a heavy heart that we write this post to let you know about the loss of Chris McKendry, a true friend, a fellow carp nut and the original driving force behind Carp Company UK
“Our friend Chris, 52 years young, has been taken to early. He will be sadly missed not only by his family but by all that had the pleasure to have spent time in his company. RIP Chris. We will miss you, man.”
