The new Carp Society board has announced it is now set up to accept applications for annual memberships, priced at £25 per year.
The board sees the reintroduction of annual memberships for everyone as the first step in returning the Society to its former glory days. There will also be an announcement about junior and family memberships in the near future. It has also been confirmed that monies raised during this November’s Essex Evening of Carp at the Circus Tavern will go towards boosting the Society’s legal fund. Amongst the auction prizes will be a weekend session for up to four anglers on the legendary Redmire Pool.
The new board has also confirmed this year’s Carp Society Show at Sandown Park will go ahead as planned on 26-27th November, hosted by Chris Ball and featuring special guests, Rob Hughes, Simon Crow and Scott Maslen.
