Swan Valley is a well established and mature lake of around nine acres set in 13 acres
of quiet surroundings with a stretch of the River Blackwater that passes through.
Swan Valley boasts a number of big Carp, with ten different fish that have pushed over the 40lb mark. The number of 30lb+ Carp is relatively unknown, but is believed to be in excess of 40. This is backed up by a big head of 20lb+ fish including some cracking Linears and Ghosties.
The lake itself has many features from gravel bars to silt beds along with a number of fishy snags and various other underwater features. The fishing is by no means easy, but adopt the correct method and at the right time and place you can have some big hits.
