Reydon Pit 1 is the largest water available to members of the Southwold and District Fishing Association. It has 29 pegs, and there are some fantastic features in this pit that make it an all-around lake.
This is a mixed fishery with reed beds around the margins that hold plenty of fish species. There are also shallow bays, gravel beds and lily pads that are home to plenty of fish, but the larger carp love to hang around in these areas.
There are carp up to 24lbs, bream to a massive 15lbs, tench to 7lbs, Crucian to 2.5lbs, chub to 3lbs and a good head of perch, roach and rudd.
