The luxury gite, overlooking the beautiful lake, provides high quality accommodation for all the family and the extended farmhouse boasts five double bedrooms, all having a fantastic view of the estate. The 7-acre lake was dug out in 1971 with depths of down to 8.5 feet. 6-7 swims have been created for ease and comfort of angling.

Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one has twin beds and there’s a family room with a double and a day bed (2 ppl). Hotel quality bedding and towels are provided. There are two bathrooms. One of them has a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The WC is downstairs.
The kitchen-diner offers all home comforts, with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. It’s all you need to cook up a storm. The dining table seats 14 people. Patio doors overlook the lake.
There is a large wood-burner and a large, ‘L’-shaped sofa which converts into a double bed. This area looks out onto the patio and pool area. One end of the room is set up as a snug, with a 48” smart TV, accompanied by a PlayStation 4 with a selection of games, as well as a Wii.
We have a spacious heated swimming pool with a child-safety feature, surrounded by a patio with sun loungers. Stairs take you to a raised decked area. At one end, there is an undercover cooking and dining space with a chill-out area, and a built-in BBQ.
The owners have just added a jacuzzi: you have everything you need for a perfect holiday!
