Astral Park Lake LBAC
Astral Park Lake LBAC is a carp lake based in Leighton Buzzard, Central Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. It has a stock of around 1800 carp and is 12 Acres in size. The biggest carp is over 18lb+
The lake is on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard, easily accessed from the bypass. A car park can be used by anglers. The car park is accessed by gates from the A505 lay by on the bypass. The gates are secure and fitted with coded locks. Please lock the gates on entry and exit.
The lake is about 12 acres and of variable depth. There is a small amount of weed growth during the summer months.
Astral Park lake has been recently stocked and is a developing water. Already our members are catching carp to 18lb with multiple catches during a session. During the past year the lake has been stocked with 1800 carp to 12lb, adding to the resident stock of common carp. Tench, crucian carp, bream, roach and perch have been stocked. Recently, December 2021, another 4000 roach were added. We hope to provide our members with a quality mixed fishery and the specimen anglers with a busy runs water for carp. The carp are growing quickly and soon we expect Astral to produce its first twenty pound fish.
Presently no night fishing is allowed on the lake. Our members are encouraged to use the lay by car park and avoid parking in the nearby housing estate. Our Astral bailiff team will be there to advise and help you if necessary. Although the public may walk dogs around the lake our members are not allowed to bring a dog with them.
