Lily Langdale Lakes is a carp lake based in Sudbrooke, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. It has a stock of around carp and is 2 Acres in size. The biggest carp is over 26lb+
Lily lake is just over 1.6 acres & has been established for over 100 years. It was originally excavated for gravel which was used to construct local railway embankments. It was stocked as a fishery in the early 60’s by the then owner. The lake was dredged & re-stocked the lake with a mix of beautiful Mirror Carp and Common Carp. The lake has been stocked again with a mix of Common Carp, Scaled Mirror Carp and mixed Coarse Fish Species. These Scaled Carp are absolutely beautiful. Lily Lake is a fun Carp lake with many upper doubles & a few into the twenties. The largest fish caught to date is a specimen of 26lb 11oz so this lake is suitable for the serious Carp Fishermen.
Tench and Bream run to 6lbs together with many Roach, Perch and Silver Fish Species make this lake also a good coarse fishing lake.
Depths vary between 3ft & 8ft & every peg has a wealth of features to target. The tree lined margins & lily beds ensure a relaxing days fishing or watching the varied wildlife.
