Inworth Grange Lake 1 is just under 4 acres in size with a lake bottom resembling a lunar landscape due to the bars that litter the water. This water used to be part of the chain of waters that were used by the gravel company in their washing process. One of the carp can weigh over 40lbs at the right time of year with approx. four other carp exceeding 30lb existing in the water. The overall Carp stock being estimated at 30-35 fish, as well as some Pike, Perch and Roach also in residence. The lake is very weedy but raking or using bait to clear spots can be very rewarding. As with access to Inworth two, please take your time on track due to its uneven nature
