Back Lake East Delph Lakes
|
Back Lake East Delph Lakes is a carp lake based in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. It has a stock of around carp and is 2 Acres in size. The biggest carp is over 30lb+
Introduced as tiny fingerlings in 1994 the two-acre Back Lake now boasts a phenomenal stock of carp. Many are over 20lb, with a decent amount upper 20s and a handful over the magical 30lb. Surrounded by mature trees and a host of other fauna the Back Lake has four islands, 13 swims and a few intimate stalking spots.
An eight-angler limit means you’ll always have a reasonable amount of water to fish. Plus, to avoid any sense of overcrowding, there is a ‘maximum of two anglers a bank’ policy – unless you’re friends on a social. Double swims can be found on each of the four banks to cater for ‘socials’ or group bookings. Alternatively, if you’re a lone angler, some swims allow you to tuck yourself away and enjoy some peace and quiet. The Back Lake can also be exclusively booked, making it ideal for private parties.
